Why are we rebranding?
HUB energy will be at the centre of our industry, playing an active role in the energy revolution we see before us, delivering renewable energy and future carbon reduction technologies to help our customers move towards netzero carbon. This is an exciting future, as we continue to look at how we provide EV technology, on-site generation, energy storage, decarbonisation of heating and solar.
What does it mean for you?
In the short-term, not a lot to be honest! Your energy supply will continue without disruption. Your tariff remains the same. Your terms and conditions remain the same. Our telephone number remains the same - 0800 830 3670 and our online chat facility and webform are still available if you need to reach us. Our new website will be hubenergy.co.uk. If you try and access our old website you will be redirected to the new one, so do not worry, that is supposed to happen! The new website will work just the same as the old one. My Gulf will be rebranded to My HUB and will function in the exact same way.
What about your bills and payments?
Our licensed business, Gas and Power Limited remains unchanged so all billing and payments will continue in the same but with the new branding. From 8th February 2021 your bills will be from HUB energy. Existing direct debits will continue as normal. Our bank account name and details remain the same. If you pay by cheque you should make these payable to Gas and Power Limited.
Do you need to do anything?
No, but keep an eye out for future emails from us as we continue to improve our services. If you have any questions our Service Team will continue to support you in the same way we have done previously.
