If you are moving into or out of a property we supply, or if you are a landlord who is responsible for a property where a move is taking place, we will need you to complete our Change of Tenancy Form to enable us to begin the Change of Tenancy process.
What Information does HUB energy need?
In order to protect customers and help us to process a change of tenancy as efficiently as possible, we need certain information. Below, you can find a list of the items we may require to enable us verify any change of occupancy.

Further to the above information, HUB energy may also attempt to verify Change of Tenancy claims by making outbound calls to the business landline, and/or with the landlord of the premises. HUB energy makes the outbound calls for additional due diligence in order to safeguard customers from potentially fraudulent requests.
