Your Distribution Network Operator (or DNO) is responsible for the electricity supply in your region. This means that they look after the system of cables which run throughout your region and deliver energy to your property.

Issues with your supply, such as power cuts, should be reported to your region’s DNO. You can do this by calling 105 from any landline or mobile phone and you will be automatically connected to the DNO in the region you are calling from. Calls to 105 are free of charge.
