How do I leave HUB energy?

If you decide you'd like to move to another energy supplier, there's a few things to bear in mind:

  • If you're more than six weeks away from the end of a fixed term tariff, you may need to pay an exit fee. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your current tariff for more information. Alternatively, your current tariff, including exit fee are listed on the right hand side of your bill.
  • If you want to leave and you’re less than six weeks away from the end of your fixed term, you can leave without any penalties and there’s no need to contact us. Your new supplier will do this for you.
  • Your final bill will include any credit or debt you have on your account. Although having debt shouldn't affect your switch, it's worth checking your balance before you move. We recommend you make a payment on My HUB to clear any debit balance that could delay your switch.
