We'll show you notifications to help make sure you don't miss any important updates and we've designed My HUB to make sure all the key bits of information or tools you need are easy to find, understand and use.
No one likes giving meter readings (even us!), so we've made submitting them quick and easy.
Once you've provided your readings, we'll also give you the tools to track how much energy you've used.
If you need to make a payment, My HUB gives you access to a simple, easy to use and above all, secure payment platform.
Your balance will be updated in line with any payments you make, so you can be confident that your account is up to date.
If you pay by fixed Direct Debit, it's really important to make sure you don't pay too much or too little for your energy.
By tracking and forecasting your energy use, My HUB will allow you to adjust how much you pay each month, and will recommend how much we think you should be paying, based on the time of year and the amount of energy you've previously used.
Each month, we'll send you a monthly bill or invoice.
If you need to find a past bill and you don't fancy digging through your emails, you'll find them all stored in My HUB, so you can download and print whenever you need a copy.
We've made renewing your home energy contract simple and straightforward. You can renew in just a couple of clicks for another year of 100% renewable electricity and carbon off-set gas.
